3/4" Bore cutters have a 4" diameter. 1 1/4" Bore cutters have a 5" diameter. 1 1/8" wide tips will cut material up to 1". Counterclockwise rotation only. Part A is run in a vertical position against the shaper fence. Part B is run flat in horizontal position on shaper table.
3 wing 3/4" Bore cutters have a 2 15/16" diameter has 1" wide tips for 1/2" to 7/8" material. 3 wing 1 1/4" Bore cutters have a 2 15/16" diameter has 2" wide tips for 1/2" to 1 7/8" material. Creates a strong joint by interlocking the glue surfaces.
3/4" Bore cutters have a 4 5/16" diameter. 1 1/4" Bore cutters have a 5 3/8" diameter. Part A and B are both run flat in horizontal position on shaper table. Part B is run again on table saw to cut groove. (Link to Groovers) Will cut material up to 1 1/8" thick.
